College of Management & Technology has been sponsored by College of Management Studies (CMS), which was inaugurated by the then Chief Minister of Bihar Late Karpoori Thakur at Patel Maidan, Samastipur on 15th November, 1978 in presence of Chief Guest Sri Guneshwar Prasad Singh (then State Minister of Higher Education, Science & Technology), Special Guests were Er. S.N. Singh (Project Manager, IDPL, Muzaffarpur) and Prof. T.N.
